Paralyzed patiet Zameer needs immediate help for medicines and treatment

Patiet Zameer is paralyzed from his waist-down and is bed ridden for the past 7 yrs.
He belongs to a very needy and extremely poor family with no source of income to look after medical needs of the patient.

Patient medical needs include bedpan, diapers, medicines and injections. His family has appealed for community aid to afford the patient's medical care for a longtime.
