Brother Kashif is mentally challenged and an orphan boy. He lost his mother recently and without both parents in his life, he is fighting hard for his survival.

Being mentally sick, he is dependent on regular medicines and treatments to stay normal and lead a regular life.

He has nobody in this world to turn to and without any support system, he is very helpless for basic needs and his own medical aid.
